Phil advises companies and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of industries, including energy, financial services, insurance, staffing, manufacturing, technology, and sports and entertainment.
Born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Phil received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University and his Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law. Phil resides in Decatur with his wife, two children, and two rescue dogs.
