Let's get together to toast the Super Bowl and have a quick meeting to touch base!
And this big request: Please let us know if you will have music or a band marching with your Krewe.
We want everyone to shine and don't want bands/tunes to be competing with one another.

Reminder that the parade is on Saturday Feb. 10 @ 1p.
We start at 4/5 Academy and need you to be there by noon to begin check in.

The City of Decatur is preparing a Master Plan for its recently purchased 77-acre Children’s Home property. The City’s consultant team, led by Cooper Carry design firm, will be holding a small-group stakeholder meeting for a focused discussion on arts, culture, community diversity, and historic preservation goals.
Be prepared to share your group’s mission and goals, how those goals may relate to the UMCH property, how goals may overlap among groups, how such goals could be implemented at the UMCH property, and the capacity to build partnerships to implement those goals.
Representatives of the following community organizations and partners are invited to this discussion: City of Decatur’s Historic Preservation Commission, Better Together Advisory Board, Decatur Arts Alliance, and Decatur Makers.
